Gardens at Beachwalk is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean style condominium community in south Fort Myers. The meticulously landscaped grounds feature abundant palm trees and two lakes with lighted fountains. At the center of this stunning gated community is a free-form resort-style pool with heated spa and sun deck, fully outfitted fitness center, and clubhouse with billiards and foosball.
Find yourself at home in our warmly furnished and decorated second floor condo, only a two minute walk from the pool and community center. Relax in the Florida-style living area with 60 inch flat screen TV, and enjoy breakfast on the lanai overlooking the lake. The open kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dinnerware and glassware for eight, coffee maker, dishwasher, and disposal. The adjacent dinning area seats four. The master suite is appointed with king-size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and full bath. The private second bedroom offers two twin beds, walk-in closet, and full bath. Wireless Internet and cable TV with HD channels are provided for your enjoyment. A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room just inside the front door.
Located at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and San Carlos Boulevard, you are only minutes from Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and Bunche Beach. Bicycle, Kayak, or take a leisurely drive around J. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel. Go shelling and sunbathing on the world-class beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands and golf a few rounds at any of the several nearby golf courses. Sample the local cuisine at the Sanibel Grill, Bahama Breeze, Parrot Key Caribbean Grill, Doc Fords Rum Bar & Grille, and several other nearby restaurants. April 2025 was the 5th time we have rented at the Gardens at Beachwalk, but the first time renting from Dennis. He is an exceptional host. Communicating with him was a breeze. He always responded to my inquiries quickly; both before and during our stay. Our stay during April 2025 could not have gone better. Thank you Dennis for a great month!

Dennis was excellent to work with when renting his unit at Beachwalk. We were displaced for several days due to hurricane Milton but enjoyed the condo and the local area very much.

Everything was as described or better. We had everthing we needed for a one month stay and were very comfortable. The bldg is near the pool which was lovely and relaxing. The location was convenient to beaches and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Property was exactly as shown. Spotlessly clean. And Dennis was immediately available as needed. Very convenient location, quiet, and “neighbors” were all very nice…
