Pavilion Club is a gated, lakeside and garden view community, north of Pelican Bay This ground level, end unit, includes 3 bedroom/ 2 baths, with breakfast bar, separate kitchen eating area, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. In addition the unit is decorated in Tommy Bahama/Key West style thru out. There is tile thru out the condo unit with laminate in bedrooms. The screened in covered Lanai is private, serene, and spacious with one of the best lakeside views and location in the community. The Vanderbilt Beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. The private well landscaped community is in proximity to The Mercato, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, banks, tennis courts, library, shopping, restaurants, LA Fitness, movie theaters, and Ritz Carlton Hotel. This spacious unit sleeps 2 with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds, and a sofa bed, that can used for occasional guests. Master suite contains a 2 large closets, double vanity, and large separate shower. Second bath room is a tub/shower combination with a linen closet. New HE full sized washer and dryer provided. Wi-Fi and High speed internet is provided. Your viewing pleasure there are Four flat screen TV’s, 32” and larger, and DVD. For your beach enjoyment beach chairs and towels provided.
