There is tile throughout the condo unit including the lanai with laminate in bedrooms. The screened in covered Lanai is serene, and spacious with private view of the garden. The Vanderbilt Beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. This private well landscaped community is in proximity to The Mercato, Whole Food, Trader Joes, banks, tennis courts, library, shopping, restaurants, LA Fitness, golfing, movie theatres, and Ritz Carlton Hotel on the Gulf. This spacious unit sleeps 2 with a king sized bed in the master bedroom. Master suite contains an extra-large walk in closet, double vanity, and large separate shower. In the second bed room is two twin size beds with a spacious closet. Second bedroom can be used for occasional guests.
