Recently renovated vacation rental condo located in Naples near Vanderbilt beach – 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1450 Sq foot top floor, end condo, high 12' ceilings with elevator access, situated in the Beachwalk Gardens complex.
Large spacious living and dining room area opening onto a private lanai attached to the living room. Samsung smart TV with Xfinity Cable and Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. King bed in master suite, twin beds in second bedroom and the third bedroom configured as an office with a queen sleeper sofa. Large master bathroom with larger corner walk in shower, twin sinks and toilet. Guest bath with walk in shower, sink and toilet. Full-size Washer/Dryer and beach furniture essentials.
Office ideal for working remote with Xfinity high-speed internet/WiFi, 27" 4K Samsung Monitor, and a HP laser printer provided. Everything you need for working from the beach or extended beach vacation.
New renovated/upgraded interior - repainted, new artwork, new light fittings, new fans, new blinds, new floors and two completely remodeled bathrooms.
Located in a guard manned gated community with two community pools and 6 tennis courts (including two courts with lighting + Bocce), and a fitness center. Active community social events during peak season. A short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach and the shops and restaurants at Mercato.
Community Restrictions:
Minimum 30 day rental, No Smoking, No Pets, No RV, Motorcycles or Pickup Trucks. Note: Beachwalk community requires a mandatory application fee/background check for all renters (150$ paid direct to HOA)

very comfortable.....only real shortcoming was lighting that made reading at night difficult. We bought a few lightbulbs to correct this situation

The condo is spacious and is well-appointed and is close to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The owner cares that you're comfortable and responds immediately to your concerns or questions. We recently had a family emergency and he went above and beyond to help us. This was our second year and we hope to go back again next year.

We had an AMAZING stay at this BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS condo! It was just a 10 minute WALK to Vanderbilt Beach! This unit included a stroller that easily carried the supplied umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler(s). It was in a terrific location…just a 5 minute drive to Mercato, a 15 minute drive to downtown Naples, and a 3 minute drive to Publix. We loved taking walks in the mature, gated, secure community. We also spent many days at the well maintained pool..super close to our condo. The kitchen was fully stocked…a must for an extended stay! The KING sized bed was super comfortable as well! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. Lastly, Nigel was an awesome & dependable Host. We look forward to future stays!!!!

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, comfortable and its location couldn’t have been better. Lots of restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Our host, Nigel, responds immediately and kept us apprised of events in the condo complex that might be of interest to us. We enjoyed it so much, we’re booked again for next year.
