This is the perfect place to relax in Southwest Florida and enjoy all that this community has to offer-- gorgeous beaches with tram service, golf, premier exercise & wellness programs, tennis, preserve with nature trails, kayaking, on-site art studio, and more! You will feel right at home with the comfortable floor plan, great room design, split bedroom layout, Florida room with lake view, wide galley style kitchen, and spacious formal dining room. You will be just steps away from the lakefront community center with a community room, full kitchen, spa, & heated pool. For your convenience there is covered parking along with plenty of guest parking. Great Naples location - easy access to not only the most beautiful beaches in SWFL, but also to the shopping & dining at MERCATO, the Naples airport, family fun such as the Naples Zoo, and just a short drive to the world-famous Naples 5th Ave. During peak season from January-April, a 2 month minimum stay might be required. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals in Naples Square require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Forms will be emailed upon booking or upon request prior to booking.
