About this villa rental
Welcome Home! We've made our villa home your home away from home. I fell in love with Beachwalk when I first moved here in 2001. I've lived in Naples since 1989, so I'm very familiar with what the area has to offer, and it has many amenities. If you're looking for the local flavor, chances are I can tell you where to go.
Beachwalk is a quaint community that is a walk away from Vanderbilt Beach. It has a 24/7 manned gate and onsite staff to help with any of your questions during business hours. The community is within walking or biking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, movie theatres, restaurants, and shopping. Beachwalk has 2 private pools, hot tub and 6 tennis courts and is down the road from the Ritz Carlton.
Our home is so comfortable we save a couple of weeks for our personal use. My favorite thing about living in our villa is being able to walk to the beach with a picnic in my backpack and watching the sunset with my family. For those of you who like to experience a hotel environment, stop by the Ritz Carlton an sip on your favorite libation while walking the beach at sunset.

We had a blast! Amazing location and community. Plenty to do very close by, including walking to the beach. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Was very pleased as soon as we walked in the door! This condo is very spacious with a great master bathroom to include a large walk-in closet and a large his and hers vanity! As other reviews say, the king size bed is to die for and SO comfortable we actually checked the brand of the mattress to keep in mind for when we upgrade our queen size bed to a king at our home. The community has a great pool that can get a bit crowded but the beach is a mile walk away or a 5 min drive! We saw many great sunsets at the beach! You cannot beat the location which is close to everything especially the famous Mercato shopping area to include great restaurants with outdoor dining! Fifth Avenue is also a short drive away. There is also a great park across the street with more tennis courts, childrens play area and a nice walking path. This condo is a bit outdated but it was very clean and we did not really care. You can’t go wrong with this condo! We greatly enjoyed our month stay and Lisa, the property manager was very responsive. There are bikes in the garage and beach chairs and a grill we used on the patio. Enjoy!

Nice, clean, spacious condo in a great location. Very convenient to beach, Mercato, Pelican Bay and all the Vanderbilt area restaurants. Neighborhood is pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Super comfortable king bed!

My husband & I had a great month in Naples, FL. Our place was close to the beach, close to restaurants, and close to shopping. We enjoyed having a lot of space in our place, and it was very quiet too. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful pool by the clubhouse. We will return! Kathy & Paul
