About this house rental
Come stay in our villa for an excellent vacation experience on your next trip to the Orlando / Kissimmee area. Our villa is located in Fiesta Key and comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 guests. This private, gated community has many amenities (including a
pool, clubhouse, and gym) and is conveniently located close to all Disney World Parks, Universal Parks, Sea World and so many other local attractions.
Our modern and well maintained townhouse is fully furnished and has everything you need to make your vacation feel like a 'home away from home' experience. Staying in a vacation home is so much more comfortable than a hotel, and the conveniences can't be beat. Our two story home has a full kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining area and 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Our main floor has an open type of floor plan. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience including a full size refrigerator, stove, tea pot, coffee maker, espresso machine, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, a microwave, toaster, and many kitchen utensils. You can choose to eat in and prepare your meals, or eat out at the hundreds of local restaurants (or a little of both). Our kitchen overlooks our dining area leading into the living room.
Our breakfast nook (surrounded by windows to let in that Florida sun) seats 4. Or choose to eat in at our more formal dining room table that seats 6.
There is a half bath on the main floor for guest convenience.
Our comfortable living room has a TV with hundreds of channels, free wifi, and a land line phone with unlimited local and international calls. We have also equipped the room with kids games and books and other items for family entertainment. There is a loveseat and the couch (which opens into a bed for additional sleeping), with dark walnut end tables and a coffee table.
Through the sliders you will enjoy a private screened in porch with lounge chairs for soaking in the sun. There is also a patio table and chairs with an umbrella for outside dining. Our screened in porch overlooks a small pond and walking path.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and two baths. All bedrooms and bathrooms have fresh linens, pillows and towels. In addition the hall closet has an extra supply of all these items if needed. The bathrooms have hair dryers, so no need to pack one.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed, two end tables with alarm clock, and two dressers. The master bedroom over looks the pond as well. The master has a ceiling fan, has its own ensuite bathroom and a nice size walk in closet. There is a pack-n-play in the closet for those families traveling with small children.
There are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds). Both have been nicely furnished with all the comforts you would have in your own home. Both of these bedrooms have nice size closets as well. There are more games to enjoy in the room that has the twin beds.
There are TVs in every bedroom for comfort and relaxing, and the upstairs bathroom has a tub for easy bathing with children.
A washer and dryer are located on the first floor for your convenience, and our villa has a driveway with the ability to park 2 veichles.
Our villa is conveniently located in the community allowing our guest to enjoy all the amenities offered in Fiesta Key Resort such as:
** a large heated in-ground pool with many lounge chairs in a tropical setting. The pool provides different depths for different levels of swimmers
** a beautiful clubhouse providing sitting areas, a large TV for movies, games and card tables, books, and a small kitchen, and restrooms
** a gym with a universal machine, abs equipment, and some cardio equipment
** two playgrounds
** lighted tennis courts
** walking trail
Attractions - as I mentioned, our villa is quite close to all the famous attractions, but I also listed a few other ones that my family and I enjoy when we are vacationing in the area:
** Disney Theme Parks - 10 miles
** Universal Theme Parks - 15 miles
** Sea World Parks - 15 miles
** Legoland - 30 miles
** Old Town - 6 miles
** other local theme parks and attractions
** many local wildlife activities such as alligator tours and air boat tours, etc
** Blue Springs State Park - we love this park. There is a historical plantation and nature walk and it is also great for Mantee viewing since many of them migrate there in the colder weather - 50 miles
** Beaches - Cocoa Beach (and Cape Canaveral attractions) is located about 70 miles southeast and Daytona Beach is 80 miles northeast.
** West Coast attractions - Tampa (80 miles) and other resort areas such as Fort Myers (120 miles) and Clearwater are within reach.
Restaurants:
Our villa is about 5 minutes from Route 192. This highway is literally packed with hundreds of restaurants and gift shops, etc.
Convenience:
There is a Walmart, Target, and Publics within 10 miles of the villa.

My family enjoyed our stay in this condo in Kissimmee. It is close to the airport, Disney, Universal and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo was just as pictured.

Great and quiet location. Close to theme parks and restaurants. House was as described. Owners were great to work with. Community pool may not be heated during your stay.

The house was beautiful and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and just what we needed for the month. Access to the pool (which was big and always clean) was an added bonus! I never had to contact the host as there weren’t any issues. The house is located in a beautiful quiet community in Kissimmee not far from shops attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
