3BD townhome near Disney 4730

We loved it here minus the bedroom blankets and towels being dirty.water pressure in the bathrooms need fixing .

Very spacious, very clean there was also nice community pool.

the beds were comfortable and the main bedroom king size bed was welcomed. the temperature of the house is comfortable despite the florida humid weather. The freezer has an automatic ice machine which is great. the tv in each room is a bonus. Wifi was good. the clubhouse pool is walking distance from the house, although we were out most days an did not really spend time at the unit during the day. big walmart not far away.

the facility has BBQ included in the description, which was not there on arrival . the owner wanted to charge extra for using this, although there was no charges noted in the booking details. Eventually gave us access to the bbq late on night 3 (of 5) after being insistent. So unnecessary. The 2 upstairs toilets flush valves, keeps on flushing automatically ongoing which is noisy (especially for the ensuite). Some of the plates and crockery are chipped. there is notes about garbage and extra charges. we ended up just dumping fresh food and leftover unused items, which i think the cleaners could have had good use of.
