Location, location. Beautiful gardens, atmosphere, and setting. Very friendly owners.
I could hear/see the back neighbours through the slat fence at times, so just closed the blinds.

Good location
We were not aware the ‘unit’ was at the back of someone’s private house, basically within a shed. The combined shower/toilet was not ideal. Only one arm chair was available so comfortable seating is limited and the constant presence of the property owner outside the unit is unsettling.
