The unit is looking a bit tired..needs quite a bit of work to perhaps modernise it

Location was exceptional
Property really needs some work. Bench holding kitchen sink in particular needs replacement. Whole kitchen could do with an update. Bathroom ceiling needs repainting and proper mould treatment. Exhaust vent in bathroom needs a good clean.
