Location
No on site parking. No lift. Could to with a good external clean, including the stairwell.

Very comfortable, beds were beautiful. Kitchen very nice. Lovely view of the gum trees and power lines. Haha, you could barely make out the water between the trees. Esplanade was very busy.
Windows were very dirty. I ended up cleaning part of them so I could see out the window.
Ensuite bathroom, toilet roll literally had 7 squares of paper on. Nothing spare in cupboards, had to go out and buy toilet paper.
Priced at 340 dollars per night, is it too much to expect clean windows and enough toilet paper?

The beds were very comfortable beds, air-conditioning works great and 1 in each room, a large balcony with enough seating for 6 and 3 tables, there were games a study nook and a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, great location and a short walk to IGA and the pier, kids playground and bbq across the road
That the range hood was hard to use(buttons dont work properly) and no rangehood vent, no BBQ eventhough there is enough room for one on the balcony, the Internet is terrible for streaming and you can only watch on 1 TV at a time, lots of stairs to climb, no car parking in complex but we had no problem finding on street parking.
