Right on beach and short drive to IGA. Balcony overlooked pool so could keep an eye on kids. Well equipped kitchen

No aircon. Ceiling fans in all rooms except kitchen. It was very humid while we were there.

It was a wonderful location - close to parks, beaches, shops and with amazing views. There were plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, etc. The living areas were spacious and the veranda was wonderful. We ate most meals sitting out there. It was wonderful sitting out there watching the sunset or watching the passage (water), the birds, the boats and the foreshore. Our grandsons really enjoyed the little beaches not far away and the playground. We also enjoyed seeing the butcherbirds that came to the veranda.

The beds were not comfortable considering the rental paid, (They had timber placed in under the mattress and husband, who is not well, found the bed very uncomfortable. We had four adults, a toddler and a baby staying for four nights and there were 2 'normal' teabags, 2 dishwasher tablets, and just enough toilet paper. We have stayed in various accommodation in QLD, VIC, TAS and NZ in the past couple of years and none of these many places were as scungy as this. It is not very welcoming when you have to go and buy your own tea and coffee. I also found a peanut from a previous guest under a couch. Considering the health (anaphylaxis) and choking implications with a baby starting to move around and a toddler who both put everything in their mouth, I am very grateful I found it first.
