This is the perfect spot for a mountain getaway for adults and children. Centrally located between Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge in a beautiful mountain setting. This unit has two bedrooms with sleeper sofa, two baths, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a Maximum Occupancy of 8. Onsite amenities include the state-of-the art Wild Bear Falls Indoor water park with lazy river, slide, fountain, and hot tubs plus Roaring Fork Snack Bar. Each registered guest (up to 8 guests) receive daily free water park tickets, outside heated pools, world-class Serenity Spa by Westgate including facials, manicures and pedicures, body wraps and massage treatments, and award-winning Westgate Smokehouse Grill. Mini golf on top of mountain. Marketplace offers a variety of groceries including milk, eggs, bread, cereal, and other items. Starbucks on Site! Fitness Center on site for your fitness routines. Recreational vehicles (RV), specialty vehicles and trailer parking of any kind is prohibited on Westgate property. All violators will be towed at Owner's expense Alternative off-property parking is available with advance notice. Please call 865-430-4800 for more information.
A mandatory, non-refundable Dog Fee of $150 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for dogs reported at the time of check-in. An additional $150 USD per reservation Unauthorized Dog Penalty Fee will be charged for dogs unreported to the front desk at check-in and is found in the room/suite. Up to two dogs allowed per unit and must not weigh more than 60 pounds or in the case of two dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds combined total weight. Dogs can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Guests with SERVICE ANIMALS will NOT be charged any of the above fees. Damage Fees are applicable. The Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort is a timeshare located just outside of downtown Gatlinburg. It's a short distance to the Sugarlands Visitor Center and Pigeon Forge.Trying to get ahold of room service or housekeeping is difficult, but this is a common issue with Westgate resorts in general. However, the staff at the the front desk were very helpful. The check-in process is a little lengthy and Westgate tries to get you to take a tour to buy ownership in their timeshare. There are commercial sky towers nearby in Gatlinburg, but driving to the top of the Westgate resort offers a better view. Also, the water park at the resort is a lot of fun for kids, teens and grown-ups.Our units were incredibly spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again should we visit the Great Smoky Mountains in the future. Thank you Wanda.

This is a large resort with beautiful Mountain views. It has 3 nice pools and a water park for the kids. The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and want to come back again.
