8 days/ 7 nights: The Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa is a 5-star. This mountainside, lodge-themed resort sits on 255 acres, 70 of which have been developed with cabin-like units. It is a gated resort with 24/7 security. The resort is located adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the largest national park east of the Rockies and the most visited national park in the country. It is located 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg, 5 miles from Pigeon Forge. There is a free shuttle on the resort property that runs from 8am to 12am and there is a city trolley that stops in the front of the resort that travels to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge during the same hours. Amenities include: Wild Bear Falls water park - under a retractable roof. Inside you'll find Cases Cove Lazy River, Clingman's Dome (360 foot body slide), Laurel Falls (300 foot tube slide) and Little Pigeon River, a zero-depth entry pool and toddler play area. Westgate Smokehouse Grill features award-winning barbecue and a wide selection of salads, sandwiches and entrees. The savory ribs won the People's Choice award at the 2008 Gatlinburg Rib Fest; breakfast and dinner served daily. Also, the adjacent Mason Jar Lounge is the place to go when you want to catch your favorite televised sporting events and enjoy some appetizers and snacks along with your favorite beverage. Guests can escape to the Serenity Spa by Westgate and indulge in a mountain hot stone massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. The Fitness Center has a full line of treadmills, cross trainers and other cardio machines with state-of-the-art weight stack equipment. Other Resort Amenities: Roaring Fork Snack Bar, Smoky Mountains Ice Cream shop, 2 outdoor pools, Two hot tubs, Playground, Marketplace Concierge Service, Attraction Tickets Desk/Tour Assistance, DVD Rentals, Conference Room/Meeting Space/Banquet Facilities, Catering Services, Business Center High-Speed Wireless Internet Access, ATM 24-Hour Front Desk and Security Children's Activities and Crafts, & Zip Line. Arrival on check-in day is 4:00PM and check-out on departure day is 10:00am.

PLEASE TAKE THE GUEST CONFIRMATION WITH YOU TO PRESENT AT CHECK IN. The guest(s) named on Guest Confirmation must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card. Traveler(s) named on the Guest Confirmation must be present at the time of check in. The buyer must provide the seller the name, address, email and phone number of the person(s) checking in by the calendar day following the purchase date.

The check-out date and time is set by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.

The buyer understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. The buyer is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by buyer or buyer's party.

Resort amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.

The resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed. Individual unit décor may vary.

The buyer may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refunded.

The seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers.

The seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.

Pet Policy: A $190 non-refundable charge for special cleaning of the room paid at check-in. The room is cleaned differently than a regular occupied room. If a pet is found in the room without advising the Front Desk, they will be charged $190 in addition to the $100 deposit. There are breed limitations. Guest will need to request a "pet designated" villa which is based upon availability. Please notify me in advance of your purchase so that I can confirm availability of pet friendly accommodations.
