About this apartment rental
We have been owners for several years at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, Spa, and Waterpark. Occasionally have our units available for rent. This year rentals are available for select 3- or 4- night weekend stays around Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Late October Fall Colors. Check in time is on/after 4:00 pm check out time is on/before 10:00 am.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our rentals consist of TWO one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout that can sleep up to eight. The larger of the two is a Premium Suite with 1 King-size Bedroom, in-room Jacuzzi tub, large spacious bathroom with huge shower. The Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony, full kitchen with washer/dryer, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 905 sq. ft. Both Bedroom and Living area have flat screen TVs with cable channel access included.
The other is a Standard Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft. Both Bedroom and Living area have flat screen TVs with cable channel access included.
The Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Descriptions, decor, and photos of units are representative, and may vary.
The resort is gated 24/7 for your security. and peace of mind.
AMENITIES
As an Owner-Guest you will enjoy FREE waterpark passes for the entire week for everyone in your group. Free miniature golf course on top of the mountain with fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated) and a kids’ playground. And free wireless internet access.

The resort property was big and crowded, but offered plenty of activities and is within close proximity to Gatlinburg. Only a few issues with traffic, but it was the busiest time of the year for the area. Kids loved the water park.
