This is an 8 DAY, 7 NIGHT only rental AVAILABLE FROM JULY 5, 2026 (check-in 4:00pm or after ) to JULY 12, 2026 (check-out 10:00am or before).

ACCOMMODATIONS: This luxurious and spacious Two Bedrooms, Three Bathroom Grand Deluxe Villas at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort are great for families looking to experience a fantastic vacation. Together these connecting villas sleep 10. First villa features 2 queen beds in master bedroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private bath, one queen sleeper sofa in the separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils, a separate dining area with fireplace, washer/dryer, cable TV with DVD player and a furnished balcony or patio. All linens provided. Barbecue grill is also available.
Second villa features 1 king bed in master bedroom with a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower and private bath, second bathroom with walk in shower, queen sleeper sofa in the separate living area, a fully equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator, smaller stove, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils, dining area with fireplace, cable TV with DVD player and access to connected furnished balcony or patio. All linens provided. Barbecue grill is also available.
Onsite you will find plenty of activities for the kids including 60,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark, 2 outdoor heated pools, a playground, picnic areas, game room and miniature golf.

Westgate's indoor waterpark includes 10 daily waterpark passes ARE COMPLIMENTARY with the rental (Single-Day Admission $35.00 + tax per person per day and valued at $2,800 for the week). This mountain-themed world-class family indoor water park features a state-of-the-art retractable roof, taking Mother Nature out of the equation! Guests can enjoy comfortable conditions year round. At more than 60,000 square feet, this is the largest indoor water park resort in the south and the fifth largest in the country. 300,000 gallons of water flow through the park daily.
It features a lazy river, water slides, hot tubs and an amazing tree house play feature that dumps gallons of water periodically and more. A snack bar is located upstairs inside the waterpark and seating available on the balcony overlooking the waterpark.
There are daily activities for kids of all ages for you to register prior to participating. Due to social distancing, spots are limited. Some activities have a nominal fee. Planned activities may be changed or canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

This is a pet-friendly Resort. There is a limit of 2 dogs (per until) with a combined weight limit of 60 lb max. There are also breed limitations. No aggressive breeds are allowed. Pet fees are $200 deposit at check-in with $100 refundable deposit at check-out if there is no damage to the unit. Pet fees are payable directly to the resort and are not included in the rental.
Construction update: If there is construction taking place expect some noise between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

My family loved everything about this rental! There were 10 of us and plenty of room so everyone had their own space. Very clean and well equipped, and the views…breathtaking!
The indoor water park was great as were the outdoor pools. Many activities on site with a resort shuttle to get you to and from as well as a trolley stop located right outside the resort to take you around the local area.
Our host, Valerie was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations, though we had no need to contact her during our stay, she was very easy to reach and quickly responded to my many questions prior to our trip. We will definitely book with her again!

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the water park and the infinity pool the most. We were only 10 minutes from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge where there were a million things to do, and we even saw a bear!
