About this apartment rental
A wonderful vacation experience at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for both adults and children. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in a beautiful mountain setting. Just minutes away from Pigeon Forge: Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Hatfield and McCoy dinner and show, plus many more attractions. Holiday Lights are spectacular in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this time of the year. Onsite amenities include the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls Indoor Waterpark with a lazy river, slides, etc. Each registered guest receives a free water park armband for the entire week. There are outside heated pools plus a Serenity Spa by Westgate which includes facials, manicures, and pedicures, body wraps and massage treatments. Onsite Restaurant and Market Place Grill along with groceries for your convenience. Mini golf on top of mountain beside the 5000 building. On site free shuttle to waterpark and restaurants/groceries. Inexpensive Trolley to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you prefer not to drive your vehicle. Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Fireplace, 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
Pet Policy: This is a Pet friendly Resort. There is a $150 pet deposit fee which will be refunded at checkout pending no damages to the room. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. They will be charged a Pet/Cleaning fee of $150. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and a pet is found in the room, they will be charged an additional $100. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's actions and any damages that may occur.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM
CHECK-OUT: 10 AM. Failure to checkout by that time could result in an extra charge of $60 to your credit card.

We stayed here with our two teens, a tween and two grandparents and we all had a great time. The view from our deck was gorgeous and both the condo and the entire resort was very clean and well kept. There was plenty to do on the resort including mini golf and multiple pools including the waterpark.The waterpark looked like it had a lot for little kids, but our older kids enjoyed the lazy river, a waterslide and pool basketball hoop. The resort is at the top of a mountain and traffic into both Pidgeon Forge and Gatlingburg is very congested, so we got groceries on the way in and used the trolleys as much as possible. Some in our party golfed, while others did Dollywood, zip lined, white water rafted and hiked. Most of the actives were 15-20 min away max, even wtih traffic. The condo was a perfect place to meet back together and relax in the evenings.
