Great stay, great location. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. It was wonderful to have beach chairs and an umbrella at the property! We very much appreciated it.

Yes; ocean view was unobstructed! Beautiful view of the ocean plus golf course. Very clean; top of the line resort; very well maintained. Very courteous property manager. Kitchen was stocked up with essential utensils.

The view from the condo was nice. It overlooks the golf course, and has a nice view of the ocean. Would be better if the lanai furniture was upgraded, as the current furniture is dated and uncomfortable.
When we arrived, we found a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom. The condo appeared to be pretty clean, but the obvious presence of cockroaches was undesirable. It would have been nice to at least having cleaning supplies available at the condo.
The inside of the condo needs some work. One of the bathrooms was redone, which was nice but the laundry closet doors were damaged and falling off, the screen door didn’t work properly and the furniture is old/in need of a cleaning.
Princeville is a nice area for scenery and is close to the golf course but otherwise doesn’t have a lot of amenities. Limited restaurants, shopping, beach access and other activities in Princeville make it a little less desirable than other areas unless the only thing you are looking for is golf. The course is beautiful but expensive.
No barbecue means that if you are cooking you have to use the stove or oven which heats up the condo. It is already very warm without air conditioning. If there is an ocean breeze that hits the right way, it can cool the condo off but that doesn’t always happen.
The condo was overpriced for what we got out of it. Some basic repairs/improvements need to be done before this condo would be worth the money.
