Welcome to our Kauai Home!! Our Townhouse has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry & granite counter tops. New Tile has been installed thru-out entry, kitchen, dining area & carpeted living room & Bedrooms. The townhouse is all newly painted indoors. New Pillow Top Beds, bedding, towels & new window draperies have just been added along with lovely new showers in each bathroom, plus new Patio Furniture + a new electric BBQ. It's clean, it's beautiful, we have free WiFi, a new 42' High Definition TV along with all amenities of home and we know you will enjoy! And, our rates are highly discounted as the unit is privately owned.

This property was a perfect stay for our family of 4! Honestly we had more room than we needed! Clean, well-stocked, all the beach items, quiet, and easy driving to all the north shore things we wanted to do. I will say that if you’re looking for a place solely based on walkable beach access, I would recommend somewhere different. The access to Anini beach from the property was very steep, slippery and smelled a lot like sewage and the beach itself housed a lot of people living in tents in the trees. We personally had an experience down there that made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, the main access to Anini is a short, pretty drive and we snorkeled with so many fish and a sea turtle! Hanalei beach is also really close. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

We had an amazing week! The condo was the perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. Kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed having the snorkeling, boogie board, chairs and umbrella for the beach! There is the perfect spot watch sunrise and sunset near the golf course. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. The space was perfect for our little group and then kitchen gad everything we could need to cook our dinners which saved us money on eating out. We didnt need some of the amenities, like the pool, but it was still nice to have the option! Really enioyed staying here.

This place was so amazing! We could not wait to experience this condo in person as it looked so beautiful from the photos. It was even better than we expected when we finally arrived. The high ceiling when you walk in, the spacious patio with nice furniture and an electric BBQ, all the modern furniture and appliances and very spacious rooms all throughout the condo. We liked the Hawaiian themed decorations in the property. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We did not want to leave such a great place. Mary was a great host as she was very accommodating to all our requests and answered all our questions very promptly. The condo manager was also very nice and welcoming. You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai! Every communication with Mary was prompt and helpful. Our family of four was able to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked. We made good use of the washer and dryer. Our only concern was the hike to the beach. While the distance described was accurate we didn’t expect as much change in elevation. Maybe we just needed to get in better shape ahead of time:) Overall we loved Mary’s home and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay! Thank you Mary!

Great location just 10 mins from shops and restaurants! This home was fully stocked and super clean! Everything we could possibly need was here from extra towels to beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. The beds were very comfortable! We didn’t even need to use the air conditioner because leaving the windows and sliding door open at night gave a great breeze. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family! Mahalo!

So centrally located! We loved how easy it was to get right out to the highway and off on our adventures! Furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of fans to keep you cool and everything you would need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Loved all of the books about Kauai to look at while we were there and loved walking around the grounds.

We had a lovely stay at this condo in Princeville next to The Westin property. There are two full baths (one down/one up) and two enclosed bedrooms (one down/one up) with a bed in the loft. This was great as we were two couples and this gave us some privacy. We came in late on the arrival day and had a little bit of an issue finding the place, as it was dark, but Mary was available when we called and she talked us through to the place. Access was easy and the place was clean. The condo has beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels and beach accessories for you to use—which we definitely did at the beautiful beaches we visited! When we return to Kauai, we will definitely look at staying here again!

Comfortable and well stocked rental! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were great to have. It was hot and humid during our stay, so the air conditioner in the main bedroom was very helpful! We turned it on in the evening to cool down the room and then slept comfortably without having to continuously run it overnight. Our only disappointment was that it’s not as walkable to the beach as we expected. While close to the property, the hike down to Wyllie’s beach was challenging in parts, especially after it rained. The short drive to Hanalei beach and town was great.

Our stay at Mary's place was wonderful. The location is great for exploring everything Kauai's north shore has to offer! The property was quiet (save for the ever present Kauai roosters which are everywhere on the island!) and extremely comfortable. The addition of an air conditioning unit in the primary bedroom kept us super comfortable on nights when the breeze didn't quite do it. It truly felt like a home away from home and we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! We got a little lost the night we arrived so we reached out to Mary, who called us right away, and made sure we made it safely to the condo! Very sweet and responsive! All around great host! The condo itself was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler). Our 3yr old loved playing downstairs and relaxing on the sofa after a long day of exploring the island! The bedrooms were roomy, the bathrooms were very stylish/modern, nice big kitchen table the family could eat at, and just a very homey feel. The condo also had plastic storage tubs full of snorkeling gear! In the downstairs bedroom closet there were boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We only got to visit one beach so we were happy to have all the beach stuff there for us to use! Overall a great stay and we highly recommend families staying here!
