About this house rental
Charming Basque-style house from the 1930s, completely renovated, located in the popular and family-friendly neighborhood of Benoit Beach and the great hotels of La Baule.
Ideal location 300 meters walk from the beach, in a quiet street.
The house combines the charm of the typical architecture of the 1930s Baulois villas (beams, solid parquet, arched windows) with a modern decoration (light colors, seaside spirit and cocooning) and new and quality equipment.
A lot of clarity thanks to multiple openings.
The house is composed of:
- Ground floor :
* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ...)
* Dining room
* Living room equipped with two sofas, TV, DVD player, internet connection / wifi
* Bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), a large dressing room with private shower room
* Independent toilets
- Upstairs :
* Bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm) including a loft bed
* Shower room, WC
* mezzanine with 2 extra beds (mattress 90x190cm)
- Outside:
* garden with 2 terraces: garden furniture, large parasol, gas grill Weber
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, high speed internet connection / wifi, TV, DVD player, hair dryer.
End of stay cleaning included.
Linen is not provided but a rental service is available.
Near the house: beach, tennis, beach club, boat hire, mini golf, pedestrian promenade.
Preferential rate at Benoit tennis court (on reservation).

La location est de bonne facture, les équipements sont bons et nous permettent d'être autonome et confortablement installé.
Je rejoins un des commentaires sur la loc : une barrière pour les escaliers seraient appréciables.
Autre point : il y a quand même pas mal de vis-à-vis. Nous sommes souvent obligé de tirer les rideaux pour être en intimité.
L'emplacement est sympa : à 3 mètres de la plage. Il y a très peu d'activités aux alentours - c'est plutôt pour se reposer.

Maison très agréable, très bien décorée et équipée. Situation à 3 mn de la plage et à 15 mn à pied des commerces du pouliguen ou du centre de La Baule. Idéale pour une famille. Un seul bémol: l’escalier est dangereux pour les enfants, il serait bien de prévoir une barrière à l´étage.
