A clean and quiet stay at the heart of Riomaggiore

It was extremely clean, the communication was very nice and clear. The location was amazing.

Superb

Excellent location pretty close to Via Columbio, but secluded from the noise. Also close to a hidden little Schiaccetrá winery. Lots of room in the apartment and full amenities if you're looking to cook while here.

You can hear the train through the walls, and the bells ring well into the night, but I assume these would be issues just about anywhere in town

Tutto 😀 Near the center of village, big spacious apartment with everything you need inside. Nice and clean. Quiet nights. Great host. Organized parking. Easy check out. Oh and we really liked the espressos from the machine 😀

No view from balcony, but i guess like 90% of apartments there are like that.

located in the town center, easily walkable to everything. the property owner sent great directions to find the place. Large space.

even though the property owner was in contact with me with fast replies, me and my friend who stayed here were not satisfied with our stay. the place is nice, but we had several issues. 1) we were told the wrong apartment number (room E vs F). By chance I tried the key to a different room and it worked. I noticed the inside looked like the pictures, but wasn't told directly about it. Could have been a typo in the message to us, or who knows, another group of people could also have shown up to the same apartment. 2) I asked for extra bed sheets on the second day in the morning after my friend didn't sleep well, but the host said he couldn’t bring them until the following day…. luckily that next day they were there. My friend did not appreciate the delay, as you can imagine. 3) Since the owner was not around at all during our entire stay, including upon arrival, we left the money on the fridge for the tourist tax, expecting change when we got back. After returning later that day, I was short changed by almost ten euros. also, there was no communication at this point about the difference. only when I pointed this out did he offer to reimburse the difference. we decided to just pay for two beers in the place, because neither of us were confident in him. It wasn't much money, but since this wasn't the only issue, the thought stayed with us. It’s the small things that count, so we recommend over communicating with the host if you end up staying here. And ask for extra bedsheets in the beginning if you will use the couch/pullout bed.

Spotless clean spacious apartment in the center of the town. Very nice host who met us at the beginning of the village. Private parking possible. Thank you for your hospitality.

It’s a bit noisy. Every morning around 07:00 you wake up with the feeling of the train, the bells of the church and the footsteps of the neighbors, but still a great apartment.

the guy responsable waits for you in front of the noncar area and guide you in the park first and then at your place. He is a very nice and kind guy with many information for your time at the place. The appartment is very quiet but still in a very central zone and inside you can find whatever you need to cook, in case you want to. Very good experience

Strongly recommended

Great value for the money comparing to the prices in the region. Amazingly clean and comfy. Great location in the city center right where you want to be and really close to the beach. And you don't have to go up and down to many stairs to the beach or the main street. Could be much worse :) Oh... did I mentioned mr. Leandro? He's fantastic and always available on whatsapp.

Rymlig, kök och ett ok badrum. Det ligger nära marinan.

Varning!!!!Det står att det är privat parkering men observera att den privata parkeringen ligger inte vid boendet och du debiteras 35 Euro per dag. Värden var otrevlig och höjde rösten ett flertal tillfällen så jag fick säga till honom. Han bar då om ursäkt men fortsatte att vara stressad och konstig. Balkongen har utsikt mot en stor betong mur och är mer eller mindre obrukbar. Tåget går precis bredvid och det hörs. Extremt lyhört i lägenheten.
