The comfortable living room has a plush sofa, a huge chaise lounger, an entertainment center featuring a 42' wide screen TV, Blu Ray player and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the full sized-kitchen with everything you need to cook a world-class meal. Enjoy the queen bed in the loft style sleeping area.
Spend the day perusing Mendocino Village's shops and attractions, take in the sun at Big River Beach or clear your mind with a walk across the scenic bluffs at Spring Ranch Park, which is just a few minutes walk from your door. Whatever you choose to do, you can rest assured that Chapman Point Cottage is nearby, ready to be your home away from home.

Overall very good. Great location, clean, quiet. A wonderful experience. The only thing that would make the experience a bit better - we had a challenge with the heater so perhaps more onsite documentation / manual. Aside from that, I’d recommend staying at this property.

The Chapman Cottage is always such a relaxing stay, every single time. Perched on the bluffs and overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is so fun to cook in and the hottub is always hot and in good working order. The grounds are so pretty and well kept. I always snuggled up and read a good book in their oversized chairs in front of the huge windows. I cannot wait to go back.
