Premier Luxury Direct Oceanfront Condo 406 With Expansive Private Balcony . The spectacular views start as soon as you get off the private elevator and walk through the foyer. It extends through the living room ending on the massive private balcony where you will enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The fourth floor level means you can easily observe beach action starting with early morning walkers and continuing throughout the day as families enjoy the beach. Whether it is cooking on the marine grade outdoor grill or watching dolphins swim off shore, everyone agrees that the balcony is the heart of the condo.
There are 3 master suites each featuring king beds with private baths, walk in closets and 65 inch Samsung TV’s. The oceanside master suite walks out to the 500 square foot balcony whereas the other master suites open to a balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the intracoastal waterway.
The living room features views of the ocean in addition to the 75 inch Samsung TV so you can either watch Spectrum channels or sign in to your favorite app and catch up on that series you’ve been thinking about. Of course wireless high speed (up to 500 mb/s) internet is included.
Ocean Vistas is located on a pristine beach front and has an oceanfront fitness center, heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a business center and gated underground parking with 24/7 security. The club room has a reading area, TV, wet bar and pool table. This is a 5 star property with weekday concierge service.
The north pier is less than 2 miles away where there are several great restaurants but our fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with ocean view, walk in pantry, center island prep sink and convection ovens.
Daytona beach is a great place to enjoy a morning run or feel the smooth sand as you walk barefoot for miles. It is located about 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and less than an hour and a half from Orlando airport, Disney World, Universal Studios theme park, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and St Augustine.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. The condo is spacious and well equipped in all rooms. The location is excellent and safe. I'll stay there again if the condo is available on the next Daytona trip.

This property is by far the nicest, classiest property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect! From booking to checkout all was seamless. Great property owner who was always available. Very simple requirements of our family and our stay was incredible!! Beautiful and very spacious, my 2 adult daughters had our own private rooms and bathrooms. Right on the beach so coffee and sunrises on the balcony is a must. Very close to anything you might need and far enough away to feel like you’re on your own island. Fully equipped kitchen to make any meal including a BBQ on the balcony. I can’t say enough about this property. My family and I will be back!!
