Great location, super nice swimming pools with beach / sunset view, great variety of breakfast at including a lot of local specialities to taste and try. And an amazing looking main house!
The apartment looked bigger on photos and the hot water only turns on when you turn on the boiler, and we got those tiny little ants in our room coming for our cookies.

Great location for visiting Stone Town and this part of Zanzibar. Comfortable rooms with aircon and a great breakfast. The swimming pools are brilliant and one long enough to actually swim.
The beach front is mostly filled with water taxis and I didn’t feel safe swimming in the sea.
