Emerald Palm is located in a very convenient area, surrounded by shops and activities, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The street can be quite busy, but that also means everything you need is nearby.
The building is older, but the place is clean and well maintained, giving a comfortable and homely feel during the stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help when needed.
One small challenge is that the place is not very easy to find at first, especially for first-time visitors. But once you arrive, the location makes moving around very convenient.
Overall, a good stay with friendly service, clean rooms, and a strategic location.

We were booked for Emerald Palm, but our rooms air conditioner was leaking. So I cannot comment on the facilities there, but feont office staff was very helpful...He took us over to their other hotel Zanzi House. He made sure we were comfortable and left us. It was a 5min walk, but we only had backpacks so no problem. It was a smooth transition to the other hotel.

Emerald palm is well located near old fort. Great landmark so one can find it again!
Nicely decorated room with great bed. Lots of charm because of antique touches but can consider to improve insulation. Lots of cracks and spaces letting cold out and noise in

Had an incredible experience at the Emeralad. Literally in the heart of Stonr Town on Spice Road. Surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants. The hotel exceeded expectations and the staff especially a lady by the name of Hildi made it so memorable! Would highly recommend staying there!
