About this house rental
This beautiful home on the water is located a half mile to the beach, shops, restaurants, boatramp, and more! Deep water dock behind house with cabana and upper deck. Perfect for kids to fish and crab from. Excellent views of boats, water, dolphins, and you can even see the ocean from the top level. Huge kitchen with all the amenities including Subzero fridge, 3 ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and all dishes included. 4 Comfortable bedrooms with all new Mattresses. 2 with porch and water views, and 2 face the front of the house. Foosball table, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, hot/cold water outside shower, 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks, sheets, towels and beach chairs all included with this property. Walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes, or relax on your hammock, either way you slice it, this house is super comfortable and relaxing! Most guests find it difficult to leave after a week of watching boats go by.

Outstanding! The house is awesome. Very clean, perfect location with lots of amenities! Boat ramp is great! We had a great time once we all agreed on daily plans....like herding cats...

The house was absolutely perfect and exceeded any and all expectations we had. It was VERY clean with a great location close enough to everything but situated in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock the entire week. The dock and floating dock couldn't have been better for views, keeping the boat, kayaking and fishing. We ate every meal outside on the spacious porch and the kids loved playing pool, foosball, ping pong and kayaking. Ric was very responsive and proactive which made our stay even that much better. We will definitely be back!
