About this house rental
Influenced in part by a Coastal Living design home, this beach house will welcome you from the moment you enter. Beadboard accents, large ceiling fans, plentiful windows and cozy furniture provide a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. The open floor plan on the main level includes a kitchen, living/great room and dining room. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a large island, complete with prep sink and bar seating.
Custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops provide a great place to enjoy cooking and eating. The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The living area boasts comfortable casual furniture, a large flat screen TV and a spacious covered porch just outside. Six chairs surround a large dining room table in the dining room which is ideal for eating, playing board games or doing a puzzle. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor; it sleeps 2 with twin beds and a full bath is adjacent. Three more spacious bedrooms offer sleeping for 6 people and are all on another floor. The master has a king bed and opens onto a large covered porch. The master bathroom includes a double marble vanity, custom cabinets, large ceramic tiled shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this floor features a King size bed, flat screen TV and its' own bathroom with a ceramic tile shower. The third bedroom on this floor features a Queen size and and its' own bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.
Linens are provided. Also on this floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan/light fixtures. Outside, there is parking for 4 cars and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the days' sand and salt. Two large covered porches offer lovely sound, marsh, and ocean views and are equally inviting for sharing morning coffee or evening cocktails. Beach chairs and Beach towels are provided, as well as an assortment or paperback books, board games and puzzles.

Lovely property, and location. The house is very well decorated and taken care of, and it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, and it was a wonderful weekend.

We stayed here for 5 days with two families and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach blankets, bathroom staples, and kitchen essentials, which made our stay so easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the hospitality of the host. We accidentally left behind some valuables, and they were kind enough to mail them back to us, refusing to accept any repayment for shipping. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare and truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our third year in a row staying here for 4th of July and we continue to love the property. The hosts are great and the place is well stocked and clean. Location could not be any better either!
