This three-bedroom, three-bathroom side by side townhome offers stunning ocean views from the decks and light airy décor that is sure to help you relax. Two living levels and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy an evening yard game, cool beverage, and spectacular ocean views make this home a perfect escape from your daily hustle!
A grand exterior staircase divides the two properties and maximizes the spectacular ocean view. Beautiful wood floors welcome you to your home away from home. The open concept living area offers cozy seating, a dining table, and nicely appointed kitchen. This great room is the heart of the home. Families can enjoy home cooked meals around the table and unwind together on the plush sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a meal and the new stainless-steel appliances ensure convenience. A full bathroom in the hall adjoins the queen guest room making it dual purposes for guests and visitors. There is a rear entrance door that leads to the outdoor area for added convenience in accessing the grill and outdoor shower.
The top floor of “Breathe Out” houses the primary suite, guest suite with built in bunk room, and the laundry closet. The spacious primary suite offers ample closet space and tons of natural light. Large sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony that overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A cozy king-sized bed makes a great place to unwind and decompress. The primary suite includes a flat screen TV and a private bathroom for convenience. Down the hall is a large guest room that makes this vacation rental extremely versatile! Furnished with a queen-sized bed and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. This room is suitable for young travelers, individuals, or couples. The built-in bunk beds are reserved for children only and not appropriate accommodation for teens or adults.
Conveniently located a block away from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house, this home is perfect for families! Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the deck that is almost perfectly positioned in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Visit the nearby Shark Bar for a wonderful local meal or take in the nightlife at the Palm Room – there are many attractions within walking distance of this condo!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Bunk (twin over twin). *Bunk beds are for children only.
Parking: Carport parking for 2 vehicles. The driveway can accommodate 1-2 additional vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We had a great time plenty of space comfy clean updated a few steps to the beach steps from the loop walkable to everything Wb has to offer great for porch sitting and able to do laundry is so convenient easy check in checkout quiet neighbors is great to hear the ocean sounds

We were attending a wedding in Wilmington NC and was told Wrightsville Beach was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The house was spotless and the location was great for walking to restaurants, coffee house and some shops. A short drive to Wilmington waterfront and nice outside restaurants as well. I wish the description about the house would have been more specific on the actual supplies in the house We were renting and not an overview of what might be included. We were told no blowdryers or keurig coffee pot and they had both which doesn’t sound important but if your a lady packing you need all the space in your luggage you can freed up. The house could have had a few common supplies that were needed to cook. All in all we would have stayed there again and the price was reasonable.
