Experience one of our favorite locations at Wrightsville beach, tucked along a quiet residential street, just far enough off the busy thoroughfare but walkable to all of the island restaurants, shopping + beach accesses. The magic however is found on your expansive decks overlooking Banks Channel and your private deep water dock…swim, fish, swing in the hammock or bring your boat to live like a local.
The Channel House will quickly become your new favorite home away from home at Wrightsville Beach. We’re proud to welcome many returning guests year after year — a true testament to the charm, comfort, and unforgettable views this coastal retreat offers.
Step inside to find spacious, light-filled living areas that open to expansive sound views and cool coastal breezes. From sunrise coffee to golden-hour cocktails, there’s plenty of space to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Start your morning on the covered porch, watching boats drift toward Masonboro Island. Spend lazy afternoons swaying- Jimmy Buffet style in the pier hammock before a sunset swim or drinks on the pier. Skip the busy boat ramp — your stay includes a complimentary deep-water boat slip for easy access to the Intracoastal.

We loved the house. It was perfect for us. Our son was getting married, and the game room was a perfect place for the guys to get dressed. And a great backdrop for pictures on the deck. It was so helpful that there was a bedroom in the first floor for my in-laws as they don’t do well on stairs. Parking was great. Two empty garage bays. My husband rode is motorcycle down and was able to park inside out of the elements. The adult kids loved taking the kayaks out for a little ride, and loved sunning myself on the upper deck. This house has everything. It was perfect for our week of wedding celebrations.

We are locals to the area and we rented Channel House for the rehersal party for my sons wedding. EVERYTHING was excellent. There was limited parking at the but the Elementary school is right around the corner and within walking distant - this was not a problem at all. The accomodations are perfect and plenty of towels, bedding, blankets, & pillows. The view was a Million Dollar view. So peaceful! I would definitely rent this house again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was super helpful with questions leading up to our trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. And the location cannot be beat.
