Experience one of our favorite locations at Wrightsville beach, tucked along a quiet residential street, just far enough off the busy thoroughfare but walkable to all of the island restaurants, shopping + beach accesses. The magic however is found on your expansive decks overlooking Banks Channel and your private deep water dock…swim, fish, swing in the hammock or bring your boat to live like a local.
The Channel House will quickly become your new favorite home away from home at Wrightsville Beach. We’re proud to welcome many returning guests year after year — a true testament to the charm, comfort, and unforgettable views this coastal retreat offers.

308 North Channel was a great property with gorgeous views. The check in was very easy and everyone soon got settled in their routines. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses and a big Sub zero! We ate in about half the time which was fun! Wrightsville is an active place and we were walking a bunch because it pretty and parking can be expensive after 9:00 am. The dock was a great evening spot and we rented a boat one day. There were plenty of bikes and chairs, but some chairs were getting old. In the kitchen, you might need to bring some dish towels as they only had one. The beds were comfortable and there was a great room on the third floor that had a pool table and great views. There were great places to gather together and also to spread out. We took our family of 2 girls and the grandkids. Great time last week!!

Outstanding! The house is awesome. Very clean, perfect location with lots of amenities! Boat ramp is great! We had a great time once we all agreed on daily plans....like herding cats...
