Pet Policy:
Only approved dogs allowed (max 2, under 50 lbs).
$250 + tax per dog. Unauthorized pets or policy violations will incur a $300+ fine and may result in eviction with no refund.

My company was starting a new project in Wilmington and we had several staff members using this time to work on larger strategy issues. The home was the perfect environment to foster collaboration and creativity. The layout and amenities worked very well for the team.

We spent a long weekend in October 2025. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 3 children under 3 yrs old. The location was ideal. Close to the beach and also close to other shopping areas. Beautiful house!
