About this house rental
This lovely modern two bedroom, two bathroom house is on two levels. On the ground level there is an open plan, fully equipped, kitchen with stools installed for easy eating but there is also a fold out table to be able to dine inside. In this nice big living area there is a comfortable sofa for four and a TV but also a corner with a desk. The room is bathed in light as there are floor to ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace.
On this same level there is a twin bedroom, which also has direct access to the terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
There is an access from the kitchen directly to the garage which is used for laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a second refrigerator and for stocking the cushions for the outdoor chairs etc.
During the Winter, this is also where the deck chairs and chairs for the outdoor dining table are stocked.
Going to the first floor by the staircase in the living area, there is a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 cm and an ensuite shower room with toilet.
The views are very pleasant from this room with lots of green and open air, and the village of St Paul de Vence.
The house is located in a small, well maintained domaine. To get to the shared pool, you will have to walk approx. 30 steps along a path with lavenders.
This is a really nice place for a family or a couple to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It is located in a very calm area and still only a few minutes drive away from the shopping center ‘Polygone Riviera’, a couple of supermarkets, the village of St Paul de Vence or La Colle sur Loup and only 10 minutes drive from the Mediterranean sea. It really offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Please note that it is possible to rent the bed linen and towels. This will have to be organised before arrival and the cost is 25€ per person. The pack includes : beds set up with bed linen plus one pool towel, one bath towel, one hand towel and a face cloth per person.
An obligatory cleaning fee of 150 euros is to be paid on arrival, together with the linen fee (if linen is booked).
