Perfect location, spacious terrace and living room, friendly host.

Perfect location, spacious terrace and living room, friendly host.

The house is very close to the main attractions and beaches by car: Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Eze, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Vence... Also you can find supermarkets and shopping malls in a few minute drive. The house is very well equipped. The terrace, the garden(s) and the living room with kitchen are spacious, the bedrooms are also okay. There are no aircons but all rooms have fans. The host, Stéphane, is very friendly. He lives in the neighbourhood for 30 years, he knows everything about the surroundings. Don't hesitate to ask him! If you are allergic to cat hair, that's not your place to stay. But the rest are perfect for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy!

Everything was really great about the house. Full of charm and character and very spacious. The property on which the house sits is also very spacious. I really loved all the light coming into the house and the terrace was just amazing for evening dinners and relaxing! Having three bedrooms each with a bath was nice and would be great for families or large groups. Had a lovely warm welcome and departure with the host! Very close to some nice restaurants and a very large grocery store. Easy to reach the beaches and the A8 autoroute as well! Really well positioned to reach all over the Côte d'Azur. Overall a fabulous stay and I highly recommend the property!

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de Stéphane dont les conseils pour visiter la Région sont précieux. Il s'est montré disponible et d'une discrétion absolue pendant le séjour. Maison très agréable à vivre, tout confort, rien ne manque.Grande terrasse et grand jardin. Un superbe séjour.

Everything is nearby. You don't have to worry about long distances to cities like Cannes, Nizza etc. A lovely place to stay for couple of days with friends or your family. Special thanks to Mr. Lietta for his reception and communication. We really enjoyed our time!

L'accueil du propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique et agreable; l'appartement avec sa grande terrasse et son grand jardin clos permettant de stationner est parfait et peu frequent; l'ensemble offre confort et liberté sans la moindre promiscuité, ce qui est également peu fréquent sur des lieux de vacance urbains

Maison vaste et sympathique. Tres bien situee. Le proprietaire est tres accueillant et chaleureux . Grand jardin. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains et ses toilettes. Grande piece a vivre tres agreable.Nous y avons passe de tres belles vacances.
