The property was much bigger than we imagined. The pictures do it no justice.. The house is so big. With so many facilities available for our use. The 2nd fridge/ freezer in the pantry was a bonus. With 5 people sharing.The outside space was so huge with the added bonus of the huge grass area for the dogs to run. The balcony seating area is much bigger than the pictures. With so nuch table space and seating.We where all amazed with the generous space avaible.We had so much space to park our very large twin axle motorhome and hire car.A cetral shopping centre was very close with great food and well named shops.Plus in le coup there also a small area with a local bakery. Chemist. Vets and supermarket. Le loup river walk was amazing for the dogs. Just 9 nins drive away from the villa St pauls de vence was very close. Wich is stunning. Plus the village of vence and cagnes sur mer is very close to.The coast could be reached within a 30 min drive to basic parts.Lovely house you will need a car to travel to the French riveria though

Parfait! A great place with lots of space and a fantastic host. Great location for access to Nice & Côte d’Azur, and also to mountains of the region. Definitely recommended

Everything is nearby. You don't have to worry about long distances to cities like Cannes, Nizza etc.
A lovely place to stay for couple of days with friends or your family.
Special thanks to Mr. Lietta for his reception and communication.

The house is very close to the main attractions and beaches by car: Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Eze, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Vence... Also you can find supermarkets and shopping malls in a few minute drive.
The house is very well equipped. The terrace, the garden(s) and the living room with kitchen are spacious, the bedrooms are also okay.
There are no aircons but all rooms have fans.
The host, Stéphane, is very friendly. He lives in the neighbourhood for 30 years, he knows everything about the surroundings. Don't hesitate to ask him!
If you are allergic to cat hair, that's not your place to stay. But the rest are perfect for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy!
