Comfortable and luminous, this pretty contemporary villa with terrace and private garden offers a space of charm with its large picture windows spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, wine cellar ...) is at your disposal.
The living room is equipped with a convertible three-seater sofa with a quality bed, a designer library, TV and coffee table. The bathroom (bathtub) and an independent WC will lead you to the master bedroom with its dressing room, a large bed (160cm box spring) and French doors giving direct access to the terrace and the garden.
On the terrace you will have a large table and its 8 armchairs where you can taste your local culinary discoveries around warm and friendly meals.
At the upper level of the house, a mezzanine allows meals indoors or work on the large office. A beautiful room for 2 people and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry facilities are available in the garage.
Take the small perfumed path of the Provencal garden of the residence to cool off and relax by the pool.
The videophone and remote controls let you enter the property. Free WI-FI system in the house. Air conditioning in the rooms. Clean sheets and towels are provided for each stay. The interior of the villa is resolutely modern and decorated with care.
