The cottage is perfect for two people - small and compact but with everything needed. There is a living room/kitchen downstairs and a bedroom/bathroom upstairs. There is parking outside the cottage and the area is very quiet.
Take an eye mask if you don't like a light bedroom (the door to the bathroom is frosted glass and there is no blackout for the Velux in the bathroom). The outside space at the back is quite tatty.

Quirky, charming little cottage. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings.
Could have done with more knives (only knives were 3 butter knives) and some more plates and bowls. I also would have liked some extra bin bags, when staying a week you need to replace the bin bags. A good information folder for guests would be super helpful for local transport etc.

Easy parking. Good kitchen facilities. Eggs a nice touch
Sadly not for us. Would be very hot in Summer. Road noise more than expected. Patio outside was an eyesore with no access, again if hot would be unbearable. Shower wets everything in bathroom, including the toilet paper. Sink difficult to use as water doesn’t go down drain well.
