Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

Situated within pretty village 8 km from Central Oxford, 5km to Summertown, 7 km Oxford Parkway Train Station with trains direct to London Marylebone twice an hour. There are 2 local village pubs yards away. The bus stop to Oxford is 8 minutes walk and buses to both Oxford and Witney are at least twice every hour. the Cotswolds are a short drive away and wonderful walks, bike trails and scenery can be found in every direction

The location and cleanliness of the property were outstanding. Both beds (upstairs and futon downstairs) are badly in need of replacement, and the TV is so old that it has a constant blue tint. The place would receive a 5 star if there were better mattresses, new TV, and a small table and chairs were added near the front window.

The only negative thing I have to say is the bed was not terribly comfortable. Too hard. But maybe some people like that. Otherwise, this place was wonderful. Very clean and so quaint English countryside. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this would be ideal.
