Come stay in our beautiful two bedroom condo! Take in the breathtaking tidal marsh views on the top floor balconies. The open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen, open dining and living area leading on to oversized screen porch. The master bedroom features brand new king sized bed and fully remodeled walk in tiled shower as well as access to marsh view porch. 2nd bedroom includes two twin beds and it's own private balcony.
Seabrook Island is a private gated community with access for residents and guests only. Come and explore Seabrook Island with its 2,200 acre offering of golf, tennis, beaches, pools, horseback riding and much more. The property includes 2 sit on top kayaks, beach chairs, beach tent & umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment during your stay. $50/Day, $300/Week, for Club Amenity Access

There is a one time fee of $40 for gate access/parking pass for your visit
The Amenity Card allows access to the Beach Club Pools, the Lake House Amenity Center, as well as all dining options. Additional usage fees are required for golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center and equestrian reservations, however beach access does not require the Amenity Card. See Seabrook Island Club and Seabrook Island Property Owners Association websites for additional details on fees, hours, etc. Located just outside of the security gate, the Amenity Office address is 1005 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island.
Lastly, please keep in mind that Seabrook is not a typical Resort. It is a private island with a Club that allows for quiet access.

The place was very clean and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time. The checkout instructions are also the easiest and the communication was excellent.

We enjoyed the marsh sunrises and views from the porch and the gorgeous scenic drive to the beach. Seabrook is lush with low country beauty, and my guests from California found it breathtaking. The kitchen was generously stocked with K-cups and coffee as well as laundry soap, plenty of essentials for our stay. We would love to stay again!

The property owner was by far the most accessible one I’ve had to date; that’s a big deal for me personally. She was helpful and provided very detailed instructions about checking in.Property was clean, had a beautiful marsh view, and was very serene at night while I enjoyed a cocktail on the back porch area. It is saved to my favorites now!
