Enjoy views of the marshlands from this Shelter Cove villa's screened porch. The home has new paint throughout and shiplap. The recently updated full kitchen and furniture help set the feeling of a home away from home.

Guests will enjoy access to the community pool and crabbing dock, as well as the tennis center within walking distance. The Lake House at Seabrook allows guests optional paid access to the indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and library. Boutique shopping at Freshfields Village is less than two miles away. Fine dining and local historical tours are just 20 miles away in downtown Charleston.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.
Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.

We loved the screened patio, crabbing dock, neighborhood pool, furniture, ample towels, etc. It’s worth noting that this location has four levels so it was quite a few stairs, which I didn’t mind but the layout and multi levels might be an issue for some. We had some issues with the washing machine but contacted property management and hopefully that will be sorted out for future renters. The location is wonderful and marsh is so peaceful! We will definitely visit Seabrook again!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The view was amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the patios anx watching the birds. Plenty of kitchen item, towels, bedding, and pillows. The bathrooms could use some updating though. Otherwise, a great stay!

The furnishings are fairly new. The beds are pretty comfortable. Some Sheetrock works needs to be done in the bathrooms. The description states the home is 3 levels but it’s actually 4 levels with the Kitchen on the top floor. The wood stairs are extremely dangerous. A simple solution would be to add carpet runners. They state that the Kitchen is updated but actually it just has new appliances. The cabinets appear to be original. The view of the Marsh from the porch is stunning! We won’t be renting this property again because of the all the stairs. After vacationing at Seabrook for over 40 years, It was the worst experience we’ve ever had due to how Vacasa handled things.
