About this villa rental
Newly painted and updated 2 bed, 2 bath villa. Close to fitness center as well as front gate for easy access to Charleston, Kiawah and area golf. Open and airy with great views of surrounding habitat. We have no affiliation with the Seabrook Island Club (golf, tennis ocean pool), so you would need to make your own arrangements to use those facilities.

The unit was very clean, the king mattress was SUPER comfy, and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved having coffee on the screened-in porch, and dog-friendly properties are always appreciated. Having an end unit was a nice plus as well. A bigger coffee maker would be nice as we had to make two pots each am. Seabrook is SUCH a special place! Don’t hesitate to book Steve’s villa.

Overall, the villa was great and we rate a 4.5. we enjoyed our time, there was a dirty bathroom towel left and a used dish towel in the sink which was not removed by the cleaning people before our arrival. The condo was very nice and cozy.
