Take the elevator to this wonderful end unit with covered parking and convenient neighborhood pool. Enjoy stunning views of Bohicket Creek from the rear porch. High tide brings numerous sea birds while low tide has oysters 'clipping shut' in their beds. The unit is designed for a wonderful vacation experience and is within walking distance of the Lake House fitness center and pools. You'll also enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature trails and bike paths all over the island.
The open floor-plan offers bright light with sweeping Marsh views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area flows into the living space which is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax and enjoy a light meal at the café table or cocktails in the cozy seating area overlooking the marsh.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has 2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees. There is a sleeper sofa provided as well for additional sleeping space.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Absolutely wonderful condo and grounds. Highly recommended for families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy time together. Had a bit of confusion with the parking pass and amenity cards, but it all worked out.

Very nice condo in good location on Seabrook Island. Condo was very clean and well appointed. The marsh views and outdoor space was really nice. Minor technical issue upon arrival was addressed by Chris in maintenance very quickly and professionally. Would definitely return to this unit.

All the instructions sent were a pain to read and rediculous to charge high gate fee. No dumpster to leave garbage on property.

Clean spacious property with cute decor. Everything you could need including beach chairs and towels. Gorgeous pool and workout area . Came over and fixed the tv after we couldn’t get it working.
