Inside, the well-planned layout offers a bright, open living area with plenty of seating for the whole crew to cool off after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes "nights in" a breeze, while two private porches—including one screened-in—invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset libation in the salt air.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Suite: A serene escape featuring a Queen bed, walk-in shower, and its own private porch.
Guest Suite: Versatility at its best with two Twin beds (convertible to a King) and private porch access.
With three sparkling pools just steps away and easy access to the beach and golf courses, the opportunities for island fun are endless.

Cons:Pullout mattress is terrible quality and there were crumbs all over inside Floor transition between dining and living rooms is a trip hazardMold in washing machine and air ventsCondition of deck wood and nails sticking up is a hazardProsResponsiveness of ownersLocation was quiet and convenient to beach, groceries, kids pool, tennis Extra items for beach (chairs, umbrella etc)Comfortable beds in bedrooms and big fansBeing able to do laundry was awesome Having the screens porch was wonderful for a morning spot and to leave shoes
