About this cabin rental
Our Chalet offers a large loft Bedroom with a queen bed. Beautiful views of the Mogollon Rim from the bed, and of the National Forest to the back. Downstairs bedroom has full bed. In the living room you will find a wonderful wood burning stove. The living room has incredible views from the cathedral like windows. Kitchen has everything except your food. Outdoor deck is very private with tall pine trees providing lovely shade. Our cabin is located at the very back of the lot right up to the National Forest. It is in a very private setting. If you are looking for a cozy couples retreat, we think you've found it! Note, the Century Link Internet out in the forest is spotty at times. Please don't expect it to work well, and after all it's not why we are up there!

The Chalet is really cute. Amazing windows and view. It's about 30 minutes outside Payson in tall pines. Super quiet.
It's very comfortable and cozy. The deck is amazing and we took full advantage after the rain.
All appliances worked well and plenty of utensils. The fire place was nice during the rain to make s'mores.
The internet was having issues and Gabe was on top of it to contact the service provider. He's a good host.
Took a minute to find it because the lot number wasn't posted but Gabe sent a good description and easy entry one we arrived.
Be advised that T-Mobile has almost no service but Verizon had 3 bars.
I'd def consider staying again, especially with no kiddo next time.

This is a beautiful cabin in an amazing forest area. Quiet getaway. Close to the Arizona Trail. Our dogs had a blast with all the new smells and our hike on a portion of the highline trail. Great host family. 16 moles from Payson, last few up a graveled dirt road, so expect your car to get dirty. Overall, a great stay for us.

I would say nice but a work in progress, still needs some basics of repair in and outside the house starting with the deck, nails and rot everywhere. We did enjoy ourselves, fresh air and cooler temps.......
