About this cabin rental
Come up to the mountains of Payson and enjoy cooler weather. Little Bear Cabin is centrally located to many activities and downtown Payson. Can accommodate individuals, couples and or larger groups up to 10 people. Large front yard allows for Plenty of space to spread out, play outdoor games, enjoy a BBQ, roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit or just relax on the front porch. 3 bedroom/ loft /2 full bathrooms/ Full kitchen, AC/Heat and outdoor BBQ.
We are Pet friendly with a large fenced in front and backyard. ( Max 2 dogs).
Located in a residential neighborhood within minutes to downtown Payson, community parks, movies, bowling, museums, restaurants, shops, beautiful scenic hikes, fishing, golf and more.
Activities: You can bring your ATV's, dirt bikes, or mountain bikes and go around town or to one of Payson's many off road trails. Bowling, shopping, Movies, golfing, fishing, hiking, thrifting and restaurants.
Close to Green Valley Park and Rumsey park which offers plenty to do with the family or friends.
Lakes: Rent or bring your own Kayaks and small boats at Woods Canyon lake, fishing.
Close to events and activities: Concerts in the park at Green Valley park in the summer, seasonal Farmers Market, Car shows, Seasonal Rodeos, 4th of July Fire works and more.
5 minutes from Rumsey park: Pickleball, skate parks, tennis courts, Dog park, basketball, baseball fields and more, playgrounds, library.

Parking: room for up to 4-5vehicles, or truck w/ trailer. Can park on driveway and out front of gate.
* Indoor Stairs not recommended for small children . Baby gate provided to prevent small children and dogs going upstairs. Can be removed if not in use. 2 bedrooms located downstairs.
Primary bedroom : Downstairs with a Private work area with computer desk, Queen size bed, Smart Tv, fast WIFI, full laundry room, full bathroom, large double closet, own HVAC w/ temperature control and dresser.

2nd Bedroom: located downstairs, next to 2nd bathroom, closet, dresser and full size bed, TV and Toys for small children provided.
Loft: upstairs with Full size futon bed and twin bed, closet has camping cot and mattress pad with extra blankets and pillows, oversized Bean bag.
3rd bedroom: Located upstairs down a hall, two twin beds . small desk w/ chair.
*Each room has a ceiling fan and windows and AC.

* Provided: Towels, blankets, pillows and starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen has cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, blender, cookie sheets and other cooking ware.

Just came back from a weekend vacation and let me tell ya, our weekend was great due to the cabin we rented. It had what we needed and more. Best things for me is that I could wake up before everyone and sit and enjoy coffee on the front porch with my “dog child”. We just enjoyed the morning before the family woke up. First night we were aloud to check in early but we didn’t take advantage of it. Just didn’t work out for us. We cooked cheese burgers on the clean gas grill in back. Sat as a family at a proper table to break bread with and enjoy music with our supper. Relax on the porch and felt the cooler air roll in. Couldn’t ask for anything better. But wait, we slept in some comfortable beds and woke up to cook breakfast burritos bc it was stocked with what we needed. Got everyone together and loaded up the 4runner to have a great day 4wheeling. 4 wheeled back roads to strawberry and stopped at the pine bar. Came back to the cabin to use the oven and make a couple of pizzas. Hung out and took the dog for a long walk in the woods. If you stop and talk to the locals they will send you on a nice trail to walk. Checkout was easy. Shoot all I had to do was make sure the place was cleaned up, take out the trash, start a dishwasher and pick up dog poop. Was the most easiest check out ever. More common sense but who has that these day. Anyways if you got this far it’s worth saying in my opinion. But that’s mine. Thanks for reading.

Enjoyed our stay! Roomy, comfortable, lots of activities. The dishwasher seemed to have difficulty getting started. Would immediately shut off after starting and would then beep periodically. Not a big deal. We just washed our dishes by hand. Maybe it was in safety lock mode and we couldn't figure out how to turn that feature off. That was the only small detail we had a problem with.

It was good. I thought the cabin was bigger. Yet, the accommodation was fine.
