About this house rental
1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The great room has a Murphy bed with a very comfortable queen size mattress. And, there is also a queen size soft bed. The laundry area also has s a queen-sized air mattress that you can use on the queen size sleeper sofa to help with comfort.
Near the fire pit is a patio with table and chairs to enjoy the views.
There MAY be a FIRE BAN in place when you are interested in coming. Please check the Tonto Forest web site for alert ban status at https://www.fs.usda.gov/alerts/tonto/alerts-notices
I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place. But, it changes often, according to the weather, etc. I do not control the state fire ban laws. Safety is important!

Very nice space, clean and very homey decor. Everything was as listed and we had a very nice and relaxing weekend in the pines!

The place was everything I wanted,and then some. Also it is pet friendly, a huge bonus. I would definately return , this time for a longer stay.

Great location. Not well-cleaned. We found socks hanging out of the couch and under the dresser. The TV screen was filthy as were the main windows.
