Overall, the property met expectations. Cleanliness was OK, but could have been better. There was a musty cigarette smell when we arrived. Turning on the ceiling fans seemed to help clear that up a little bit. Cobwebs and dust throughout. Some of the drains, particularly in the upstairs bathroom, did not drain quickly. Upstairs toilet had trouble flushing.

A little attention would go a long way. House needs a deep cleaning, a refresh of mattresses pillows and sheets, and towels. House is cute just needs some love.
