La variedad de electrodomésticos, sobre todo que haya lavadora. Apartamento amplio.
Que no avisen de que es un cuarto sin ascensor.

La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, la cucina è molto ben fornita di utensili ed elettrodomestici. Check in e check out si svolgono in autonomia, quindi molta flessibilità sull'orario di arrivo.
La casa si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Manca il condizionatore nella stanza piccola. Il parcheggio è un problema: quello interrato più vicino lo abbiamo trovato quasi sempre pieno (e costa 1.33€/h, anche di notte) e il parcheggio in strada praticamente non esiste.
