Flagg Grove

The house was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the condo complexes along the beach at Palmetto Dunes. Checking in after hours was easy, just a matter of picking up the parking passes from a lock box at the management company. The house itself was really spacious -the large primary bedroom/bath had a door that could be closed off from the hallway and the other two bedrooms - great for two couples or two families. That bedroom also had sliding doors that opened to a small deck and stairway to the backyard pool. Kitchen was spacious and had everything you could need to cook a meal. HHI is super dog-friendly so in addition to walks around the neighborhood we could bring our dog to the beach (on a leash during the day, off leash after 5pm). We did not use the backyard pool but it was warm at the end of April.

There are two seating areas, one on the right as you enter the house and another is part of the open kitchen/dining area. The first area has a peach colored couch/loveseat that has seen better days and should be replaced (not unexpected in a dog-friendly rental). Wish the starter supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bag, TP, paper towels, dish soap and body wash) had included coffee filters - always end up buying these on vacation when previous quests probably did the same. We brought laundry soap so we could do a load of wash at the end of our stay. The only beach chairs we found were outside by the trash cans and looked like they were/should be going out with the trash… luckily we went to the beach with friends who had extras.

Nice looking house. Very clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings and modern kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. A/C worked well. Close to beach. Property manager able to help make our stay more pleasurable with prompt responses to our needs and able to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommending that the ceiling vents and ceiling fans get cleaned in some of the rooms. We are not trying to be real picky here, just trying to improve the air quality due to our allergies and maybe other guests staying in the upcoming weeks. Overall a clean house.
