QUALITY BEST DESCRIBES THIS PLACE. We have spared no expense providing 2 Queen-sized Tempurpedic type beds for an awesome night sleep(one in each bedroom), a living room twice as big as the bedrooms w/ leather sofa, lazy-boy recliner chair, & executive captain swivel chair furniture, high speed internet, & top of the line LED Sony Tv, w/ Netflix for cozy entertainment in the evenings after your long day exploring the high desert of Sedona Arizona & shoping in the awesome shoping district of Uptown Sedona 2 blocks down the street! (Did we mention the laptop "study" desks in each bedroom w/ reading lamps?!) The location gives a perfect balance between seclusion from traffic, spectacular scenery from the porch just outside & from windows, while still being just a few minute walk from world class shopping, markets for a night run, & hiking trails into the storybook landscape & mountains surrounding the condominium!
Hardwood floors, full kitchen w/ cooking supplies, full sized refrigerator & oven, & awesome dining room table accent the atmosphere inside, while the outside is literally like a hike into a childhood storybook land of your wildest imagination.

Excellent location and great value. This spot is convenient to everything in Sedona. Owner is prompt in communication and thorough in instruction. Check in and check out were both easy. It was the perfect place for my friend and i during our stay.There are a few cosmetic things in the bathroom and with the carpet in the bedrooms, but it didnt impact the confort of our stay. Just normal house wear and tear stuff. Felt like home in that regard.Kitchen was beautiful and the provided pots, pans and kitchen tools are serviceable, but don't expect to make a 5 course meal. Was enough for our needs. Full size fridge was nice. Very helpful that there were some food storage options for leftovers.I would stay here again. I was especially fond of the back yard wild life.

First and foremost: Location, location, location. This very large and lovely townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, fully stocked with anything you can possibly need, safe, and one of the best places I've ever rented.

The unit is roomy, the furniture is very comfortable. There is a bidet on the toilet if that qualifies as luxury . There are quite a few cosmetic blemishes on the bathroom walls . The kitchen is great however it is not very well stock with needed kitchen items. Requested measuring spoons and measuring cups , he could not provide. Very sparsely stocked.The owner is obnoxious and creepy. I asked if he had any sharp knives and he responded with I am sorry my knives to not meet your culinary expectations!When Owner came into unit to replace light bulb and fix showerhead he did not say hello he just walked in and went to work and left. Very strange behavior!

Owner of property would only text as he owns multiple businesses and would not answer calls. Had to text while inbound and wait at a curb to get key. Decent furniture, no lamps beside beds or couch. No dressers only closets (limited hangers) to store clothes. No cable channels, only 4 stations, internet only. Well located, parking was very easy at condo.
