This charming 1,563 square-foot ranch-style home and guest cottage are located in a desirable location in Uptown Sedona, with exceptional views of Wilson Mountain and Steamboat Rock and easy access to Sedona’s famous landmarks.

This well-loved home boasts recently updated interiors that display a warm balance of old-world charm and modern rustic. The living area features beautiful tile flooring, a large stone fireplace flanked by modern book shelving, and contemporary wall colors that all work beautifully together. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern kitchen amenities and appliances to make cooking for your crowd a breeze.
**Note: Jordan Townhomes project at 630 Jordan Road in Sedona, AZ, directly in front of home -- construction to be expected. Specific overall completion date for the entire project has not been announced. Construction is currently in progress, focusing on necessary utility work. Construction hours are between 7 am and 5 pm.***

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

We loved being within walking distance of the restaurants / shops in Uptown Sedona. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the patio for star gazing.I would pick this location the next time we have plans to visit Sedona.Thank you Frank

This was a beautiful property. My parents spent the week there with my sister while my brother and I hiked the Grand Canyon. While I was only there for a couple days my parents couldn’t stop complimenting the house I had picked for them to stay in. The house was very relaxing and easily within walking distance to downtown. We walked into town each morning for coffee and then again for dinner each night. I would definitely stay in this rental again if I make it back to Sedona.

We loved being able to walk into town. The patio was wonderful. The bed and bedding were great and for more than a couple nights stay that is really important and appreciated!!
