The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.
Other things to note
We use the woodburning fireplace in the TV room.

We had only one day, and two nights to visit the area which just wasn’t enough. This home was the perfect, and I mean perfect, location. Close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with the basics… thank you for the coffee. The air conditioning was a struggle, but only because we didn’t read the instructions first. So make sure to read the instructions in the book. They are splits in each room, which is e have at home, but we don’t program ours like they do. When we come back this will be our first choice. We had a great stay at the Gem House! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster oven, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was a nice grill outside and a washer/dryer with detergent. It and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towels and linens. The location was great! Walkable to downtown (we loved the brewery- 4 min walk) and one spot of covered parking and curb parking available. Overall a great stay, we will definitely book here again.

We loved our stay. The house was so clean and well equipped. Perfect for two couples. The location was ideal for walking into Sedona .. two minute walk. So many restaurants close by! Benjamin responded so quickly to our questions and check in was so easy. I’ve never stayed in an Air B&B that was so clean! We would definitely stay here again!

House was within perfect walking distance to uptown Sedona, we loved this!!! We took a jeep tour the following day and the company was less than 2 minutes from the house. Kitchen had everything you needed, the owners thought of everything. Loved the option of both ground and Keurig coffee pods (owners provided the pods and cream also, nice touch!). We didn't need the laundry for one night stay, but they had so much laundry detergent choices! Also full stocked with shampoos, conditioners... bedding was really warm and loved the rockers on the front porch. No better place to wake up with a cup of coffeein the middle of the red rocks! Nice to have a covered roof for car to not have to park in the street. Lovely stay!

We were two couples in their early 50’s travelling together through Sedona for a couple days. Our “A” side of the duplex was perfect! Super clean and well appointed and definitely as advertised. Great location to walk around uptown and then a good base to drive to explore and hike the area. Gem-Best is a great home for my Sedona Vacation. Convenient to uptown and restaurants. It was a pleasure to just walk to restaurants after a day of hiking. Convenient to hiking trailheads within Sedona. The home was equipped with anything needed for a vacation stay. Very clean and extremely comfortable. When returning to Sedona there would be no hesitation to stay here again. Lastly, the Owner Ben was always accessible and quick to respond with to any questions.

Lovely place with a great location - just a block or so from downtown Sedona. We had some WiFi connection issues, but Ben was very responsive and sent his housekeeper over to troubleshoot. We had a wonderful time in the perfect location.
